Objectives of Study：

To clarify the composition ratio of Siewert classification for early esophagogastric junction cancer in the Chinese population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非腺癌病理类型；
2.非早期癌；
3.病灶不在 EGJ 上下 5 cm 范围内；
4.资料严重缺失，无法完成定位或分型判定；
5.既往治疗严重影响原发定位判断；
6.重复病例；
7.无法确认是否为原发病灶；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-adenocarcinoma pathological type;
2.Non-early cancer (i.e., advanced cancer);
3.Lesion located outside the 5 cm range above or below the esophagogastric junction (EGJ);
4.Severe data deficiency precluding reliable lesion localization or Siewert classification determination;
5.Prior treatment(s) that significantly compromise the assessment of the primary lesion location;
6.Duplicate cases;
7.Inability to confirm the lesion as a primary tumor;
