1. 探究LARS人工韧带在前交叉韧带重建手术中的远期失败率 2. 探究导致手术失败的原因  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the long-term failure rate of the synthetic ligaments in the ACL reconstruction in China and try to find out why the failure happened.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. ACL翻修术
2. 多发韧带损伤（内侧副韧带损伤非手术治疗患者不予排除）
3. 既往膝关节手术史
4. 对侧膝关节创伤史
5. 严重软骨损伤（Outerbridge≥III）
6. 术前患膝骨关节炎（KELLGREN＆LAWRENCE≥III）
7. 女性妊娠
8. 近一月内参加其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

Revision; Multi-ligament injuries (medial collateral ligament conservatively treated were excluded); Previous operation on the ipsilateral knee; Injury history of contralateral knee; Severe cartilage lesion (Outerbridge ≥ grade III); Pre-surgery knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren＆Lawrence ≥ III); Pregnancy
