研究目的：

对比健康人群与2型糖尿病肾病患者血清、尿液中乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶A（LDHA）及组蛋白乳酸化相关因子的表达差异，评估上述指标对糖尿病肾病的鉴别诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the expression differences of lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA) and histone lactylation-related factors in serum and urine between healthy subjects and patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and to evaluate the differential diagnostic value of the above indicators for diabetic nephropathy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 1型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病及其他特殊类型糖尿病患者； 2. 非糖尿病肾病所致肾损伤：原发性肾小球疾病、狼疮性肾炎、血管炎相关性肾炎、高血压肾损害、多囊肾等； 3. 3个月内存在糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗昏迷、乳酸性酸中毒等急性并发症者； 4. eGFR<25 mL/min/1.73 m^2、3个月内肾功能快速下降>30%者； 5. 合并恶性肿瘤、活动性肝炎、严重感染、心功能IV级及未控制重度高血压（>=180/110 mmHg）者； 6. 妊娠或哺乳期女性； 7. 近3个月参与其他临床试验、依从性差、精神疾病无法配合研究者； 8. 临床资料缺失、治疗不满6个月或擅自停药1个月以上者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes and other specific types of diabetes. 2. Renal injury induced by non-diabetic etiologies, including primary glomerulopathy, lupus nephritis, vasculitis-associated nephritis, hypertensive renal damage and polycystic kidney disease. 3. Subjects complicated with acute diabetic complications including diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma or lactic acidosis within the past 3 months. 4. Patients with eGFR <25 mL/min/1.73 m^2 or a rapid renal function decline exceeding 30% in recent 3 months. 5. Individuals combined with malignant tumors, active hepatitis, severe infection, NYHA class IV cardiac insufficiency or uncontrolled severe hypertension (>=180/110 mmHg). 6. Pregnant or lactating females. 7. Participants enrolled in other clinical trials within 3 months, those with poor compliance or mental disorders unable to complete study follow-up. 8. Cases with incomplete clinical data, medication duration less than 6 months or arbitrary drug withdrawal for more than one month.
