研究目的：

目前，针对不同 BMI 的肿瘤患者，如何选择最优化的静脉麻醉药物组合仍缺乏充足的循证医学证据。本实验通过对比丙泊酚、环泊酚、瑞马唑仑在不同 BMI患者，胃肠镜检查中的应用，分析其对呼吸及循环稳定性的影响，旨在对肿瘤患者提供更加个性化、精准化的麻醉方案，对提升手术室外麻醉安全具有重要的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently, there is still a lack of sufficient evidence-based medicine to determine the optimal combination of intravenous anesthetic drugs for cancer patients with different BMIs. This study compares the application of propofol, cyclopropofol, and remimazolam in gastroscopy and colonoscopy in patients with different BMIs, analyzing their effects on respiratory and circulatory stability. The aim is to provide more personalized and precise anesthesia plans for cancer patients, which has significant clinical implications for improving anesthesia safety outside the operating room.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对丙泊酚、环泊酚或苯二氮卓类过敏者。 2.严重心肺功能不全、严重肝肾功能不全。 3.沟通障碍。 4.存在困难气道风险（Mallampati分级Ⅳ级）。 5.长期服用镇静、止痛药物者。 6.病态肥胖（BMI>40kg/m^2）患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to propofol, fospropofol, or benzodiazepines. 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe liver or kidney dysfunction. 3. Communication disorders. 4. Presence of difficult airway risk (Mallampati classification grade IV). 5. Long-term use of sedatives or analgesics. 6. Morbid obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m^2).
