研究目的：

应用无创通气试验（NIV-test）替代常规自主呼吸试验（SBT）对非简单撤机的ARDS患者进行撤机评估，探索以NIV-test指导撤机方案的安全性与有效性，优化ARDS撤机方案。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of using a non-invasive ventilation test (NIV-test) as an alternative to the conventional spontaneous breathing trial (SBT) for weaning assessment in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) undergoing non-simple weaning, and to optimize the ARDS weaning protocol guided by NIV-test.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.各种原因导致的意识障碍或颅内高压, 神经肌肉病变, 心脏功能严重障碍（纽约心脏病协会Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级，急性冠状动脉综合征或持续性室性快速性心律失常），心源性休克或心脏大手术后； 2.严重肝、肾功能衰竭； 3.严重营养不良； 4.上气道或鼻面部损伤致不能佩戴鼻（面）罩； 5.严重躁动预计不能配合NIV。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any cause leading to disturbance of consciousness or increased intracranial pressure, neuromuscular disorders, severe cardiac dysfunction (New York Heart Association (NYHA) class III or IV, acute coronary syndrome (ACS), or persistent ventricular tachyarrhythmia), cardiogenic shock, or post-major cardiac surgery; 2. Severe hepatic or renal failure; 3. Severe malnutrition; 4. Injury to the upper airway or nasofacial region precluding the use of nasal (facial) masks; 5. Severe agitation expected to preclude cooperation with non-invasive ventilation (NIV).
