研究目的：

本研究旨在对颅内静脉窦血栓患者采用基于格林模式构建的预防性呼吸肌锻炼联合常规护理，并与常规护理组进行比较，评估患者的日常生活活动呢能力，以及观察患者呼吸系统并发症的发病率，探讨该训练对患者短期功能预后的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to apply PRECEDE-PROCEED Model based preventive respiratory muscle training combined with routine care on patients with intracranial venous thrombosis, and compare them with the routine care group to evaluate the effectiveness of short-term functional performance in activities of daily living, and observe the incidence of respiratory complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.并发严重心血管疾病（心绞痛发作、急性心肌梗死、严重心衰、严重肺气肿等）； 2.经医生判断存在有临床意义的肝肾功能异常、心电图异常； 3.急性颅内压增高； 4.并发老年性痴呆或严重认知功能障碍； 5.拒绝或终止本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who was concurrent severe cardiovascular diseases (angina pectoris attack, acute myocardial infarction, severe heart failure, severe emphysema, etc.); 2. Patients with clinically significant abnormalities in liver and kidney functions and electrocardiogram, which was confirmed by their doctor. 3. Acute intracranial hypertension; 4. Patients with senile dementia or severe cognitive dysfunction; 5. Refuse or terminate this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：通过医院电子病历系统及面对面评估收集患者数据。 数据管理：数据资料由2名研究者录入并核对，全部录入完毕后由第3名研究者进行随机抽查，保证数据的整体质量。由研究人员统一保管，不会泄露患者隐私。

Data collection: Patient data is collected through the hospital's electronic medical record system and face-to-face interactions. Data management: The data were recorded by two researchers, and verified the third researcher to guarantee the overall quality.
