研究目的：

1.从疗效和安全性方面综合探讨tACS联合rTMS治疗青少年抑郁症过程中所起的作用，为临床治疗青少年抑郁症提供科学依据； 2.探索tACS联合rTMS治疗青少年抑郁症的神经影像学机制及改善认知功能的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To comprehensively explore the roles of tACS combined with rTMS in treating adolescent depression in terms of efficacy and safety, providing scientific evidence for the clinical treatment of adolescent depression. 2.To investigate the neuroimaging mechanisms and cognitive improvement mechanisms of tACS combined with rTMS in treating adolescent depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴符合 DSM-5 诊断标准的其他精神障碍者（抑郁障碍除外）； 2.目前存在自杀想法或计划； 3.目前或既往伴符合 DSM-5 诊断标准的物质使用障碍（尼古丁依赖除外）； 4.不稳定的躯体疾病； 5.既往癫痫病史； 6.既往接受无抽搐电休克、经颅磁刺激、经颅直流电刺激、经颅交流电刺激治疗； 7.人工耳蜗、心脏起搏器等体内金属植入物，或脑内金属植入； 8.刺激区域有痛觉过敏、损伤或炎症； 9．磁场禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other mental disorders meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria (excluding depressive disorders); 2. Current suicidal thoughts or plans; 3. Current or past substance use disorder meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria (excluding nicotine dependence); 4. Unstable physical illnesses; 5. History of epilepsy; 6. Previous treatments with electroconvulsive therapy without seizure, transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, or transcranial alternating current stimulation; 7. Internal metal implants such as cochlear implants, pacemakers, or metal implants in the brain; 8. Hypersensitivity to pain, injury, or inflammation in the stimulation area; 9. Contraindications to magnetic fields.
