本研究旨在构建基于人工智能技术的早产儿延续性健康管理网络,实现从新生儿重症监护室(ICU)到家庭护理场景的无缝衔接与动态管理。具体目标包括:1. 建立智能化健康管理平台:整合ICU院内监护数据与家庭动态健康数据,开发多模态数据融合算法,形成早产儿全周期健康档案。2. 提升健康风险预警能力:通过机器学习模型实现对呼吸暂停、感染风险、喂养不耐受等并发症的早期识别,预警准确率提升至90%以上。3. 优化延续性护理模式:构建“ICU-社区-家庭”三级联动的智能决策支持系统,制定个性化出院后健康管理方案,降低早产儿出院后并发症发生率。4. 赋能家庭健康管理:研发家长端智能照护系统,通过可穿戴设备与AI指导模块提升家庭护理质量,缓解家长照护焦虑。5. 验证系统应用效能:通过临床对照试验评估系统对缩短NICU住院时长、降低再入院率及改善神经发育结局的实际效果,为智慧儿科医疗提供实践范式。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to construct a continuous health management network for premature infants based on artificial intelligence technology, realizing seamless connection and dynamic management from the neonatal intensive care unit (ICU) to the home care scenario. The specific objectives include:1. Establish an intelligent health management platform: Integrate in - hospital monitoring data from the ICU and dynamic home health data, and develop a multi - modal data fusion algorithm to form a full - cycle health record for premature infants.2. Improve the ability of health risk early warning: Use machine learning models to achieve early identification of complications such as apnea, infection risk, and feeding intolerance, and increase the early warning accuracy to over 90%.3. Optimize the continuous nursing model: Build an intelligent decision - support system with a three - level linkage of "ICU - community - family", formulate personalized post - discharge health management plans, and reduce the incidence of post - discharge complications in premature infants.4. Empower family health management: Develop an intelligent care system for parents. Improve the quality of home care through wearable devices and AI guidance modules, and relieve parents' care - giving anxiety.5. Verify the application effectiveness of the system: Evaluate the actual effects of the system on shortening the length of NICU stay, reducing the readmission rate, and improving neurodevelopmental outcomes.

本研究的数据管理采用规范化和标准化流程,以确保数据质量和安全性。具体流程如下。数据收集方式:研究数据的收集将采取纸质调查表与电子表格相结合的方式进行,研究人员将负责及时准确地将纸质版数据转录到电子表格。数据库建立及录入:研究团队将使用专业数据管理软件(如REDCap或EpiData)建立研究数据库,明确设定各变量的编码及逻辑检查规则,以提高数据录入的准确性与有效性。双录入与质量控制:所有数据录入工作将实施双人独立录入的模式,并定期进行双录入数据一致性检查。对于不一致的数据,交由第三人核对原始资料进行裁定。电子化数据采集:为提高数据收集的实时性与准确性,本研究将在条件允许的情况下采用电子化数据采集系统(如电子病历系统集成或移动端APP),实现数据的实时传输和动态监测。数据存档:所有研究数据(包括原始纸质文件、电子文件及数据库文件)将采用密码保护方式存储,并在专门的服务器进行备份存档,以防数据丢失或破坏。数据的访问和使用将严格遵循研究机构制定的数据使用和隐私保护政策。

In this study, standardized and normalized processes are adopted for data management to ensure data quality and security. The specific processes are as follows. Data collection method: The research data will be collected through a combination of paper questionnaires and electronic spreadsheets. Researchers will be responsible for timely and accurate transcription of paper - based data into electronic spreadsheets. Database establishment and entry: The research team will use professional data management software (such as REDCap or EpiData) to establish a research database. The coding and logical check rules for each variable will be clearly set to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of data entry. Double - entry and quality control: All data entry work will be carried out in a double - independent entry mode, and regular consistency checks of double - entered data will be conducted.
