研究目的：

基于移动互联网和穿戴技术等，建立双向互动、高效便捷的互联网健康管理平台；借助互联网管理系统对心血管高危人群实施以“个体健康需求”为中心的生活方式干预，比较干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish two-way interaction, convinience and efficiency health management platform based on Internet and wearable technology; To evaluate the effect of web-based management strategy among population with high-risk of cardiovascular disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

如果符合以下标准中任意一条则不能纳入本研究：
1)明确诊断的脑卒中；
2)明确诊断的冠心病或心肌梗死；
3)明确诊断的严重心功能不全（NYHA III或者IV级）；
4)明确诊断的动脉瘤或夹层动脉瘤；
5)明确诊断的闭塞性动脉硬化症（ASO）；
6)明确诊断的慢阻肺、肺心病；
7)继发性高血压、甲状腺、下丘脑垂体、肾上腺等内分泌疾病；
8)需要紧急处理的疾病：如急性感染、高血压危象、糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒等；
9)严重的肝肾功能异常、自身免疫病、或任何严重致命疾病；
10)各种肿瘤；
11)妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
12)精神系统疾患或酗酒，无自制力，不能确切表达等；
13)其他不能配合研究的原因（如智力、肢体等明显障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

The subject should be excluded from the project if he or she has any one of the following items:
1) stroke;
2) myocardial infarction or coronary heart disease;
3) severe cardiac insufficiency with NYHA III or IV;
4) aneurysm or dissecting aneurysm;
5) Atherosclerosis Obliterans (ASO);
6) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or pulmonary heart disease;
7) secondary hypertension, thyroid diseases, hypothalamic-pituitary diseases, adrenal diseases or other endocrine diseases;
8) any acute problems to be treated such as acute infection, hypertensive crisis, diabetic ketoacidosis, etc.;
9) severe abnormal hepatic and renal function, autoimmune diseases, or other fatal diseases;
10) cancer;
11) being pregnant or lactating women;
12) mental disorders, alcoholism, acrasia, or problem with inexpressibility;
13) other incompliance problems such as metal impairment or physical disability.
