Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to evaluate, through a 4-week, multicenter, randomized controlled clinical trial, whether motor imagery-based brain–computer interface‑driven active–passive lower limb training has significant superiority over conventional active–passive lower limb training in improving lower limb motor function and walking ability in patients with subacute stroke. |

排除标准: |
1. 除本次卒中外的其他可能导致下肢功能障碍的神经系统疾病史(如帕金森病、脊髓损伤、多发性硬化、重症肌无力等); 2. 患侧下肢存在严重关节挛缩、骨折未愈合、骨关节肿瘤、严重骨质疏松或活动性关节炎,或存在影响训练的剧烈疼痛; 3. 脑电信号采集部位存在颅骨破损、溃疡、感染或已知对脑电电极、导电膏材质过敏者; 4. 肌张力严重增高者,改良Ashworth评分>=3级; 5. 存在其他任何经研究者判断不适合参与本研究的医学或社会心理状况; 6. 近期或正在参加其他可能干扰本研究结果的临床试验,或接受其他类似神经调控治疗者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. History of other neurological diseases (e.g., Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, etc.) that may cause lower limb dysfunction, other than the current stroke; 2. Presence of severe joint contracture, unhealed fracture, bone or joint tumor, severe osteoporosis, or active arthritis on the affected lower limb, or severe pain that affects training; 3. Presence of skull defect, ulcer, infection at the EEG signal acquisition site, or known allergy to EEG electrodes or conductive gel; 4. Severely increased muscle tone with a Modified Ashworth Scale score >= 3; 5. Any other medical or psychosocial condition that, in the investigator's judgment, makes the patient unsuitable for participation in this study; 6. Recent or ongoing participation in other clinical trials that may interfere with the results of this study, or receipt of other similar neuromodulation therapies. |

A statistician independent of this trial will generate separate randomization sequences for each study center using statistical software. Each sequence will use fixed blocks with random permutations (block lengths of 4 or 6) to ensure that the number of participants in the experimental group and the control group remains approximately balanced within each center throughout the study. |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
1. Check the case report form: check its completeness and whether there are logical errors. If there are errors and omissions, register and review. 2. Input: The research data was entered into the database using the two-person check input method. 3. Database check: 10% of the input data were randomly selected and completely checked with the original data of the case report form, and then descriptive statistical analysis and exploratory analysis were used to check the integrity and logic of the input data.
