研究目的：

主要目的：构建以护理评估与干预为核心的皮肤科数字化皮损图片库，创新设计与之深度整合的多站式OSCE考核模式，建立经过信效度检验的评价指标体系，并验证该模式在提升轮转护理实习生临床综合能力及考核满意度方面的有效性与安全性。 次要目的：探索数字化教学资源与OSCE考核深度融合的路径；形成可推广的皮肤专科护理OSCE数字化建设范式；推动护理教育从"辅助医学”向"独立护理实践"的理念转变。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary: To develop a nursing-oriented digital dermatological lesion image library, design an integrated multi-station OSCE assessment model, establish a validated evaluation index system, and verify the effectiveness and safety of this model in improving clinical comprehensive competence and assessment satisfaction among rotating nursing interns. Secondary: To explore the deep integration path of digital teaching resources with OSCE assessment; to form a replicable paradigm for digital OSCE construction in dermatology nursing; and to promote the transformation of nursing education from "auxiliary to medicine" to "independent nursing practice“.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在皮肤科轮转时间＜4周，或因请假、终止实习、轮转调整等原因无法完整参与OSCE考核及数据采集者； 2.近3个月内在其他科室或医院参加过其他类似新型数字化OSCE考核或相关教学改革研究者（避免沾染效应）； 3.存在认知障碍或严重视觉功能障碍，无法完成图像识别及考核任务者； 4.研究参与者或其监护人拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Rotation duration in dermatology <4 weeks, or inability to complete the OSCE assessment and data collection due to leave, termination, or rotation adjustment; 2. Participation in similar digital OSCE assessments or teaching reform research in other departments/hospitals within the past 3 months (to avoid contamination); 3. Cognitive impairment or severe visual dysfunction preventing image recognition and assessment completion; 4. Refusal to sign informed consent by the participant or guardian.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用纸质版《OSCE考核成绩单》《护理临床思维能力量表》《考核满意度问卷》及《不良事件记录表》进行数据采集，由研究者双人录入SPSS 26.0建立数据库。患者图像数据经脱敏处理后存储于加密移动硬盘，实行"3-2-1"备份原则，所有操作在断网专用计算机上进行。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collected via paper-based OSCE assessment sheets, Nursing Clinical Thinking Ability Scale, satisfaction questionnaires, and adverse event records. Double-entry into SPSS 26.0 database by two researchers. Patient images de-identified and stored on encrypted external drives with "3-2-1" backup, all operations performed on offline dedicated computers.
