评价2HPMZ/2HPM抗结核方案在CD4 T细胞计数小于100个/μL艾滋病人群中的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of the 2HPMZ/2HPM Antituberculosis Regimen in AIDS patients with CD4+ T-Cell Count < 100 cells/μL

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知或怀疑对方案中任何药物耐药，包含利福喷汀、莫西沙星、利福平、异烟肼、乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺。
2.体重小于40 kg。
3.已接受本次结核病治疗超过 7 天。
4.合并结核性脑膜炎或其他严重结核病。
5.严重肝功能异常（ALT 或 AST > 5 倍正常值上限 ULN）。
6.严重肾功能异常（eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m^2）。
7.基线心电图 (ECG) 示 QTc 间期 > 500 ms。
8.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
9.存在其他研究者认为不适宜参与本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known or suspected resistance to any of the drugs in the regimen, including rifapentine, moxifloxacin, rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide.
2. Body weight < 40 kg.
3. Received the current tuberculosis treatment for more than 7 days.
4. Complicated with tuberculous meningitis or other severe forms of tuberculosis.
5. Severe liver dysfunction (ALT or AST > 5 times the upper limit of normal, ULN).
6. Severe renal dysfunction (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m^2).
7. Baseline electrocardiogram (ECG) showing QTc interval > 500 ms.
8. Pregnant or lactating women.
9. Presence of other conditions deemed inappropriate for study participation by the investigators.
