研究目的：

1. 总体目标 构建并验证一个基于机器学习的高危筛查模型，用于识别当前老年结直肠癌患者中与认知衰弱高度相关的临床特征组合，为临床早期筛查和干预提供工具支持。 2.具体目标 （1）通过问卷调查，了解老年结直肠癌患者认知衰弱的发生率并分析其影响因素； （2）基于多种机器学习算法构建并筛选出能够有效识别认知衰弱高危患者的特征组合模型，并进行内部与外部验证，评估其筛查性能与泛化能力。  

Objectives of Study：

Overall Objective To develop and validate a machine learning-based high-risk screening model for identifying clinical feature combinations highly associated with cognitive frailty in elderly patients with colorectal cancer, providing tool support for early clinical screening and intervention. Specific Objectives (1) To investigate the incidence of cognitive frailty among elderly patients with colorectal cancer and analyze its influencing factors through questionnaire surveys; (2) To construct and select feature combination models based on multiple machine learning algorithms that can effectively identify high-risk patients with cognitive frailty, and to perform internal and external validation to evaluate their screening performance and generalizability.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往诊断为阿尔茨海默病或者其他精神疾病； 2.重度视、听力障碍不能配合完成问卷及评估者； 3.无法配合研究的患者； 4.合并其他肿瘤的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other psychiatric disorders; 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment precluding completion of the questionnaire and assessment; 3. Patients unable to cooperate with the study; 4. Patients with concurrent other malignancies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质问卷与医院电子病历系统相结合的方式进行数据采集。一般资料、量表评估数据由经统一培训的研究人员通过纸质问卷在患者出院前完成收集；BMI、肿瘤特征及实验室指标通过医院病历系统获取。所有数据经双人录入Excel表格，核对无误后导入统计分析软件。采用基于互联网的电子数据采集系统（EDC）或Excel数据库进行数据管理，设置逻辑校验和范围检查以确保数据质量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected through a combination of paper-based questionnaires and hospital electronic medical records. General demographic information and scale assessments will be collected via paper questionnaires by uniformly trained researchers before patient discharge. BMI, tumor characteristics, and laboratory indicators will be extracted from the hospital medical record system. All data will be double-entered into Excel spreadsheets and imported into statistical software after verification. An internet-based Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system or Excel database will be used for data management, with logic and range checks implemented to ensure data quality.
