研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究老年择期手术患者口腔衰弱对术后神经认知功能的影响。 2. 次要目的：提供新的风险预测工具、改善患者远期预后、完善老年患者围手术期综合管理路径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To investigate the impact of oral frailty in elderly patients undergoing elective surgery on their postoperative neurocognitive function. 2. Secondary objectives: To provide a new risk prediction tool, improve the long-term prognosis of patients, and optimize the comprehensive management pathway for elderly patients during the perioperative period.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入院前即存在躯体功能障碍（语言、听力、视觉障碍）； 2.严重神经精神疾病（癔症、痴呆）及颅脑损伤； 3.严重肝肾疾病； 4.长期使用类固醇激素（包括口服、肌肉注射或者静脉注射）以及益生菌等微生态制剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pre-existing physical dysfunction (language, hearing, or visual impairment) before admission 2. Severe neuropsychiatric disorders (hysteria, dementia) and craniocerebral injury 3. Severe hepatic or renal disease 4. Long-term use of steroid hormones (oral, intramuscular, or intravenous) and probiotics or other microecological preparations
