研究目的：

本项目旨在通过回顾我院既往临床使用托法替布的难治性CSU患者的临床特征、治疗反应，探索托法替布治疗难治性CSU预测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to explore the predictive indicators of tofacitinib in the treatment of refractory chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) by reviewing the clinical characteristics and treatment responses of patients with refractory CSU who were treated with tofacitinib in our hospital in the past.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者诊断荨麻疹病程时间<6周；
2.患者既往未使用第二代H1-抗组胺药治疗或使用第二代H1-抗组胺药期间可控；
3.患者未遵医嘱使用托法替布治疗或无法判断其治疗反应；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient was diagnosed with urticaria for less than 6 weeks;
2.The patient had not been treated with second-generation H1-antihistamines before or the condition was controllable during the treatment with second-generation H1-antihistamines;
3.The patient did not follow the doctor's advice to take tofacitinib or it was impossible to determine the treatment response;

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data Entry and Storage Paper Data: CRF forms, daily UAS paper records, visit registration forms, etc., are entered into electronic databases (like EpiData, REDCap, or encrypted Excel files) independently by two people. After entry, the data are checked for consistency, and any discrepancies are verified against the original records. Electronic Data: Data exported from hospital lab systems are de-identified and then imported into a dedicated research database.
