研究目的:

1.构建基于多模态超声组学的急性肾损伤早期预测模型,并识别具有不同超声表型及转归轨迹的患者亚组。 2.基于患者亚组分层,通过转录组、蛋白质组及微生物组数据解析超声表型的生物学基础,阐明与AKI转归相关的关键分子通路 3.开发融合超声特征与多组学标志物的整合评分系统,用于AKI患者远期不良肾脏结局的风险分层。  

Objectives of Study:

1.Build a model for early prediction of acute kidney injury based on multimodal ultrasound radiomics and identify subgroups of patients with different ultrasound phenotypes and outcome trajectories. 2.Based on patient subgroups stratification, we aim to elucidate the biological basis of ultrasound phenotypes associated with AKI outcomes through analysis of transcriptome, proteome, and microbiome data. This will help identify key molecular pathways related to AKI prognosis. 3.Develop a scoring system that integrates ultrasound features and multiple biomarkers for risk stratification of long-term adverse renal outcomes in AKI patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.慢性肾脏病5期(eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73m²,基于CKD-EPI公式)或维持性透析;
2.肾移植术后;
3.超声检查前已接受肾脏替代治疗;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Chronic kidney disease stage 5 (eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73m², based on CKD-EPI formula) or maintenance dialysis.
2.After a kidney transplant;
3.Before the ultrasound examination, the patient had already received renal replacement therapy.

患者取仰卧位,自然呼吸,所有患者均在稳定状态下进行检查。超声仪器采用 ME7超声机,探头为1~5 MHz的5C1凸阵探头,探头置于背部或侧腰部探查肾脏全貌,收集患者肾脏超声相关指标。

The patient takes supine position, breathes naturally, all patients carry on the examination under the stable condition. The ultrasound instrument was a ME7 ultrasound machine. The probe was a 5C1 convex array probe of 1-5 MHz. The probe was placed on the back or side waist to explore the kidney panorama, and the kidney ultrasound-related indicators of patients were collected.
