研究目的：

拟建立一个双向、多中心、非干预的观察性队列。收集肺纤维化患者的人口学信息、病史资料、临床检验检查结果及治疗方法等信息，并进行长期随访（>3年），同时建立生物标本库，检测评价潜在生物标志物的临床价值。

Objectives of Study：

An ambidirectional, multicenter, non-interventional observational cohort study will be established to enroll patients with pulmonary fibrosis. Comprehensive data including demographic information, medical history, clinical examination and laboratory findings, and therapeutic modalities will be collected, with prospective long-term follow-up exceeding 3 years. A biological specimen repository will be constructed concomitantly to identify and validate the clinical value of candidate biomarkers.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有严重的其他系统疾病和脏器功能不全者（如：心功能衰竭、肝功能衰竭、肾功能衰竭等严重疾病）； 2.合并活动性恶性肿瘤或严重精神系统疾病； 3.活动性肺部感染（如结核、真菌感染等）所致的一过性间质性改变；已明确的感染后纤维化不在排除之列； 4.基线核心资料缺失（定义为缺少入组时HRCT且无法补做者）； 5.预期寿命<6个月的终末期患者（因非肺纤维化原因）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Comorbid severe systemic diseases or organ failure (including but not limited to cardiac, hepatic, or renal failure); 2.Active malignant tumors or severe mental illness; 3.Acute interstitial lung changes secondary to active pulmonary infection (e.g., tuberculosis, fungal infection); established post-infectious fibrosis is not an exclusion; 4.Unavailable baseline HRCT (inability to obtain HRCT at enrollment without possibility of later acquisition); 5.Terminal illness with expected survival <6 months attributable to causes other than pulmonary fibrosis.
