研究目的：

了解我国麻醉医生的工作负荷、职业疲劳程度、生存压力、收入水平、心理健康（焦虑、抑郁）、睡眠质量及职业倦怠现状，分析其影响因素，为改善麻醉医生工作条件、降低职业疲劳、制定合理的人力资源配置政策提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the current status of workload, occupational fatigue, living pressure, income level, mental health (anxiety, depression), sleep quality, and job burnout among anesthesiologists in China, to analyze influencing factors, and to provide data support for improving working conditions, reducing occupational fatigue, and formulating rational workforce allocation policies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

进修医生及规培学员（未独立执业者），退休返聘或兼职人员，因产假、病假等长期脱离临床工作超过3个月者，以及不愿参与本研究或问卷填写不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

Visiting physicians and residents in standardized residency training who have not yet obtained independent clinical practice qualifications; retired physicians on re-employment contracts or part-time staff; individuals who have been absent from clinical practice for more than three months due to maternity leave, sick leave, or other reasons; and those who are unwilling to participate in this study or have incomplete questionnaire responses.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的载入病例报告表(CRF)。 2. 录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两边比对。 3. 电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the case report form timely, complete, correct and clear. 2. Input using the corresponding database system double-person dual-computer input, and then compare the two sides of the database. 3. Electronic data files are classified and saved, and multiple backups are saved on different disks or media to prevent damage.
