研究目的：

主要研究目的：构建基于行为经济学理论与自我护理理论的慢性伤口闭环管理模式，并验证其对缩短伤口愈合时间、提高愈合率的效果。 次要研究目的：探索该模式对改善患者自我护理行为、提升生活质量及降低医疗成本的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective:To construct a closed-loop management model for chronic wounds based on behavioral economics theory and self-care theory, and to evaluate its effectiveness in shortening wound healing time and increasing the healing rate.Secondary Objective:To explore the impact of this model on improving patients' self-care behaviors, enhancing quality of life, and reducing healthcare costs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在严重认知障碍或精神疾病无法配合者； 2. 病情危重或合并严重心、脑、肾等重要脏器衰竭者； 3. 语言沟通严重受限者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness that precludes cooperation with the study; 2. Critically ill patients or those with severe failure of vital organs such as the heart, brain, or kidneys; 3. Severe limitation in verbal communication.

This is a single-center, self-initiated study. The original data will be used exclusively within the research team and will not be publicly shared. Any data collaboration requests must be approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Zhenjiang First People's Hospital.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源于受试者病历、标准化伤口拍照测量及量表评估。所有数据由研究护士实时录入EpiData数据库，双人独立录入并逻辑核查。电子数据存储于加密计算机并设置访问密码，纸质资料由项目负责人锁存于专用文件柜。研究资料保存5年后统一销毁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected from medical records, standardized wound photography and measurement, and scale assessments. All data will be entered into the EpiData database in real time by trained research nurses, with dual independent entry and logic checks. Electronic data will be stored on an encrypted, password-protected computer, and paper records will be kept in a locked cabinet by the principal investigator. All study materials will be retained for five years and then destroyed.
