回顾性探讨带蒂背阔肌双极移位在重建臂丛神经损伤患者上肢双功能（肩外展和伸肘，或屈肘和伸腕）中的可行性，并评估其术后关节活动度及肌力恢复的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To retrospectively investigate the feasibility of pedicled bipolar latissimus dorsi transfer for reconstructing dual upper-limb functions (shoulder abduction and elbow extension, or elbow flexion and wrist extension) in patients with brachial plexus injury, and to evaluate postoperative joint range of motion and recovery of muscle strength.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 临床资料不完整者。 2. 失访者。 3. 存在严重基础疾病，并可能明显影响疗效或安全性评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete clinical data. 2. Patients lost to follow-up. 3. Patients with severe comorbidities that may significantly affect the evaluation of efficacy or safety.
