本研究拟在耐力运动人群中评估骨关节健康产品补充对膝关节不适的改善作用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the impact of nutritional supplement formulation on knee discomfort in endurance-trained Individuals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有膝骨关节炎或者满足①+其它任意2条情况：（①近一个月内反复膝痛；②年龄≥50岁；③晨僵≤30分钟；④活动时有骨擦音(感)）；
2.近3个月膝部手术、创伤或注射治疗；
3.急性或有肌肉骨骼损伤史或膝关节严重关节损伤史（如韧带断裂或半月板手术）；
4.服用NSAIDs、糖皮质激素或关节健康补充剂（如氨基葡萄糖）；
5.孕妇、哺乳期女性或过敏史（对干预成分或安慰剂辅料过敏）；
6.有心血管疾病或合并症的病史或存在（如心力衰竭、中风、糖尿病、高血压等）；
7.受试者不愿意在参加研究期间停止服用针对关节的镇痛药；
8.素食主义者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis or meeting the condition (1) plus any other two of the following: (1) Recurrent knee pain within the past month; (2) Age >= 50 years; (3) Morning stiffness <= 30 minutes; (4) Presence of bone crepitus (sensation) during activity; 2. Knee surgery, trauma, or injection therapy within the past 3 months; 3. History of acute or severe musculoskeletal injury or severe knee joint damage (e.g., ligament rupture or meniscus surgery); 4. Use of NSAIDs, corticosteroids, or joint health supplements (e.g., glucosamine); 5. Pregnancy, lactation, or history of allergy (to intervention components or placebo excipients); 6. History or presence of cardiovascular disease or comorbidities (e.g., heart failure, stroke, diabetes, hypertension, etc.); 7. Unwillingness to discontinue analgesic medications for joints during the study participation period; 8. Vegetarian.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data includes the data automatically collected by the instrument and the subject questionnaire. In this experiment, data quality control covers the whole process of data collection, input, review and storage to ensure the integrity, accuracy and consistency of data. The research team also developed strict data security and confidentiality measures to anonymize the subject information.
