1. 评价新型材料在上肢损伤外固定中的安全性（并发症发生率） 2. 验证其有效性（水肿消退时间、关节功能恢复） 3. 对比传统材料在舒适性、透气性等方面的优势  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the safety of the novel material in upper limb injury external fixation (complication incidence rate) 2. To verify its efficacy (edema resolution time, joint functional recovery) 3. To compare advantages over traditional materials in terms of comfort, breathability, and other aspects

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重骨质疏松（T值≤-2.5）、糖尿病血糖控制不佳（HbA1c＞8%）； 2. 金属/树脂材料过敏史； 3. 损伤部位既往手术史或畸形愈合史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe osteoporosis (T-score <= -2.5), poorly controlled diabetes (HbA1c > 8%); 2. History of allergy to metal/resin materials; 3. Prior surgical history or malunion history at the injury site.

A computer-generated randomization list was created using SAS Proc Plan in SAS/STAT 9.3 (SAS Institute, Cary, North Carolina). The statistician prepared this list and distributed it to each site's clinical coordinator in a series of sealed envelopes. Subsequently, the study coordinator conducted the randomization in the presence of the patient.
