研究目的：

探讨基础颈动脉校正血流时间（carotid artery-corrected flow time, FTc）在预测老年髋关节手术患者接受神经阻滞联合全身麻醉诱导后低血压中的预测能力，为临床麻醉管理提供参考依据  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the predictive value of baseline carotid artery-corrected flow time (FTc) in predicting post‑induction hypotension of combined nerve block and general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing hip surgery, so as to provide a reference basis for clinical anesthesia management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重的心血管疾病（如严重心律失常、不稳定型心绞痛等）； 2. 慢性阻塞性肺疾病、呼吸困难； 3. 严重的神经系统疾病、精神障碍、无法沟通； 4. 严重的肝肾功能障碍； 5. 颈部手术或外伤史，椎动脉或颈动脉狭窄/结构异常； 6. 无法配合完成 FTc 测量； 7. 有神经阻滞或全身麻醉禁忌证。 8. 超声测量结果不清晰；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiovascular diseases (such as severe arrhythmia, unstable angina, etc.); 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, dyspnea; 3. Severe neurological diseases, mental disorders, inability to communicate; 4. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 5. History of cervical surgery or trauma, vertebral artery or carotid artery stenosis/structural abnormalities; 6. Inability to cooperate with completing FTc measurement; 7. Contraindications to nerve block or general anesthesia. 8. Unclear ultrasound measurement results;
