观察一种多模态人工智能精准麻醉系统用于膝关节镜手术麻醉的有效性及安全性

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of the multimodal AI precision anesthesia system in painless knee arthroscopy diagnosis and treatment

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并全身麻醉、喉罩置入及神经阻滞禁忌症者 2.患者拒绝加入本研究 3.患者正在参与其他临床研究 4.无陪同或监护人者 5.ASAIII级及以上患者，合并包括但不限于严重的呼吸、循环、神经、消化、内分泌系统等疾病 6.合并严重的精神心理疾病，如精神分裂症、抑郁症等 7.慢性镇痛、镇静药物服用史 8.妊娠及哺乳期妇女 9.研究者认为其他不适合参加本研究的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with contraindications to general anesthesia, laryngeal mask airway insertion and nerve block. 2.Patients refuse to participate in this study. 3.Patients currently participating in other clinical trials. 4.Patients without accompanying family members or legal guardians. 5.Patients with ASA physical status grade Ⅲ and above, accompanied by severe diseases involving but not limited to respiratory, circulatory, nervous, digestive and endocrine systems. 6.Patients complicated with severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, depression, etc. 7.History of chronic use of analgesics and sedatives. 8.Pregnant and lactating women. 9.Other conditions deemed inappropriate for enrollment by the researchers.

由一名不参与试验其他环节的统计专家使用R软件生成，分配序列密封在不透光的信封中保存。研究开始前，由一名不参与其他试验活动的质量控制人员按受试者入组顺序打开信封，按1：1分为实验组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random allocation sequences were generated by a statistical expert who was not involved in other procedures of the trial using R software. The allocation sequences were sealed and stored in opaque envelopes. Before enrollment, a quality control staff member independent of other trial procedures opened the envelopes in the order of subject admission, and allocated the participants into the experimental group and the control group at a 1:1 ratio.
