研究目的：

探讨不同浓度氨甲环酸局部应用于脊柱手术是否对凝血纤溶功能有影响，是否能够有效的减少术后出血及术后治疗性输血，哪种浓度是最佳的治疗浓度。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of tranexamic acid on coagulation and fibrinolysis in spinal surgery, whether it can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding and therapeutic blood transfusion, which concentration is the best treatment concentration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有使用氨甲环酸（TXA）的禁忌，包括血栓形成倾向房颤患者，支架植入，安置心脏起搏器等。
（2）术前检查存在凝血异常者
（3）有腰椎手术史者；
（4）患有血液病、服用抗凝药物者，患有下肢静脉疾病者；
（5）有严重肝肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are contraindications for the use of tranexamic acid (TXA), including thrombotic proneness in patients with atrial fibrillation, stent implantation, placement of cardiac pacemakers, etc.;
(2) preoperative examination of coagulant abnormality was performed;
(3) having a history of lumbar surgery;
(4) those suffering from blood diseases or taking anticoagulant drugs suffer from venous diseases of the lower extremities;
(5) patients with severe liver and renal insufficiency.
