研究目的：

1、本研究将重复经颅磁刺激联合表面肌电生物反馈对脑卒中患者吞咽功能的影响。 2、重复经颅磁刺激的中枢干预联合表面肌电生物反馈的周围干预，验证在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者治疗中，中枢-外周-中枢闭环康复理论的有效性。 3、探索利用表面肌电技术在重复经颅磁刺激治疗过程中的评估数据有效性标准。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study will investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with surface electromyography biofeedback on the swallowing function of stroke patients. 2. The central intervention of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with the peripheral intervention of surface electromyography biofeedback will verify the effectiveness of the central-peripheral-central closed-loop rehabilitation theory in the treatment of stroke patients with swallowing disorders. 3. Explore the validity standards of assessment data using surface electromyography technology during the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment process.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.临床病情不稳定者 2.合并严重心、肝、肺、肾功能不全及其他严重临床疾病，认知功能障碍者 3.严重骨质疏松患者 4.使用植入性电子装置(如心脏起搏器等)，有金属植入（如支架等） 5.完全失语者 6.无法配合完成各项检查和训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with unstable clinical conditions; 2. Those with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, lungs, kidneys and other serious clinical diseases, as well as those with cognitive impairments; 3. Patients with severe osteoporosis; 4. Patients using implanted electronic devices (such as cardiac pacemakers, etc.) or having metal implants (such as stents, etc.); 5. Patients with complete aphasia; 6.Patients who cannot cooperate to complete all examinations and training.
