Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness of ambient light intervention in improving the emotional state of individuals with subclinical depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 依据《美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册（DSM-5）》，被诊断为重度抑郁症、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍或其他精神障碍； 2. 存在立即威胁生命的自杀倾向； 3. 在过去 1 年内，接受过任何形式的抑郁相关干预（如药物治疗、心理治疗等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) of the United States, being diagnosed with major depressive disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other mental disorders; 2. There is an immediate suicidal tendency that threatens life; 3. Within the past year, any form of depression-related intervention (such as medication, psychotherapy, etc.) has been received.

在提供知情同意后，阈下抑郁受试者由评估员招募，并由研究协调员使用计算机生成随机数字列表(在 Excel 2024 中)，随机化列表由研究协调员管理，将研究对象随机分配到实验组（室内天空模型光环境）和对照组（传统照明光环境）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

After providing informed consent, participants with subthreshold depression were recruited by assessors. The research coordinator used a computer-generated random number list (in Excel 2024) for randomization. The randomization list was managed by the research coordinator, and subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental group (indoor sky-model light environment) and the control group (traditional lighting environment).
