研究目的：

1.主要研究目的通过回顾性大数据分析，评估胃肠肿瘤患者术后MINS发生率，筛选相关危险因素，构建并内部验证MINS预测模型，采用ROC曲线、校准曲线、DCA评估模型区分度、校准度及临床应用价值。 2.次要研究目的 (1) 分析高龄、心血管基础疾病、贫血、术中低血压、既往心脏毒性化疗史等对MINS发生的影响； (2) 探讨麻醉方式、手术时长、术中血流动力学波动等围术期因素与MINS 的关联； (3) 评估MINS对术后30天并发症、ICU入住率、住院时间及全因死亡率的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research objective Through retrospective big data analysis, evaluate the incidence of MINS in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery, screen relevant risk factors, construct and internally validate the MINS prediction model, and use ROC curve, calibration curve, and DCA to assess the model's discrimination, calibration, and clinical application value. 2. Secondary research objectives (1) Analyze the impact of advanced age, underlying cardiovascular diseases, anemia, intraoperative hypotension, and previous history of cardiotoxic chemotherapy on the occurrence of MINS; (2) Explore the association between perioperative factors such as anesthesia method, operation duration, and intraoperative hemodynamic fluctuations and MINS; (3) Evaluate the impact of MINS on 30-day postoperative complications, ICU admission rate, hospital stay, and all-cause mortality.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并除胃肠恶性肿瘤外的其他恶性肿瘤，或存在远处转移者； 2.术前存在心肌损伤、急性冠状动脉综合征或既往接受心脏手术、支架植入、冠脉搭桥者； 3.术前缺乏关键心脏相关检查数据（如hs-cTn、心电图或超声心动图）； 4.术后24小时内因非心脏原因死亡； 5.急诊手术、非胃肠肿瘤手术或手术中转换为非计划操作者； 6.临床资料严重缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Including other malignant tumors except for gastrointestinal malignancies, or those with distant metastasis; 2. Preoperative presence of myocardial injury, acute coronary syndrome or previous cardiac surgery, stent implantation, or coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. Lack of key cardiac-related examination data (such as hs-cTn, electrocardiogram or echocardiogram) before the operation; 4. Death within 24 hours after the operation due to non-cardiac causes; 5. Emergency surgery, non-gastrointestinal tumor surgery or conversion to unplanned procedures during the operation; 6. Patients with severely incomplete clinical data.
