研究目的：

1.探讨通过NGS技术检测纵隔淋巴结样本中的分子特征是否能准确反映肺癌转移状态。 2.评价NGS技术与传统病理学诊断的敏感性和特异性，并分析两者的一致性。 3.研究肺癌转移的分子特征，为分子诊断和个体化治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring whether molecular features in mediastinal lymph node samples detected by NGS technology can accurately reflect the metastatic status of lung cancer. 2. Evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of NGS technology and traditional pathological diagnosis, and analyze their consistency. 3. Study the molecular characteristics of lung cancer metastasis to provide a basis for molecular diagnosis and personalized treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在手术前已行抗肿瘤治疗（放疗、化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗）的患者； 2.既往有其他恶性肿瘤病史的患者； 3.入组时合并第二原发癌的患者； 4.有远处转移灶； 5.病例资料缺失无法明确分期； 6.其他无法接受手术治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have undergone anti-tumor therapy (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy) before surgery; 2. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors in the past; 3. Patients with combined second primary cancer at the time of enrollment; 4. There is a distant metastatic lesion; 5. The missing case data makes it difficult to determine the staging; 6. Other patients who cannot receive surgical treatment.
