研究目的：

探究老年阈下抑郁（StD）个体与健康对照在情绪动态特征（情绪变异性、情绪持续性）上的差异；明确日常感知压力与情绪动态的关联；检验每日社会支持在“压力—情绪动态”路径中的调节作用，为老年抑郁的早期识别与精准护理提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the differences in emotional dynamic characteristics (emotional variability and emotional inertia) between older adults with subthreshold depression (StD) and healthy controls; to clarify the association between daily perceived stress and emotional dynamics; and to examine the moderating role of daily social support in the "stress–emotional dynamics" pathway, thereby providing empirical evidence for the early identification and precise nursing care of geriatric depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.根据受试者自报病史或社区医疗记录，既往确诊患有严重的脑部器质性疾病（如大面积脑梗死、脑出血、脑肿瘤等）或其他进展性神经变性疾病（如帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病等）； 2.患有严重且不稳定的躯体疾病（如重度心力衰竭、重性哮喘），或可能导致心境改变的内分泌系统疾病（如甲状腺功能异常等），导致无法按要求完成研究流程者； 3.简易精神状态检查表（MMSE）筛查提示存在认知障碍者（依据教育程度界定：文盲组≤17分，小学组≤20分，中学及以上组≤24分），以排除认知受损对问卷理解能力的干扰； 4.既往或目前确诊患有明确的精神障碍（如重度抑郁症、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等）； 5.近2个月内有抗抑郁药物、抗精神病药物服用史或严重酗酒/物质滥用史者； 6.存在严重的视、听觉障碍或上肢运动功能障碍（如严重震颤），经适老化设备辅助（如调大屏幕字体）后，仍无法独立完成移动端日记问卷填答者； 7.目前正在参与其他临床试验或心理干预类研究项目者（以防产生干预效应的混杂）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of severe organic brain disease (e.g., massive cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, etc.) or other progressive neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc.) based on self-reported medical history or community medical records; 2.Suffering from severe and unstable physical illnesses (e.g., severe heart failure, severe asthma) or endocrine system diseases that may affect mood (e.g., thyroid dysfunction), making it impossible to complete the study procedures as required; 3.Cognitive impairment indicated by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) (cutoffs based on education level: <=17 for illiterate, <= 20 for primary school education, <= 24 for middle school education or above), to exclude interference with questionnaire comprehension due to cognitive impairment; 4.Previous or current diagnosis of a definite mental disorder (e.g., major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 5.History of antidepressant or antipsychotic medication use, or severe alcohol/substance abuse within the past two months; 6.Severe visual, auditory, or upper limb motor impairments (e.g., severe tremor) that, even with age-friendly assistive devices (e.g., enlarged screen fonts), still prevent independent completion of mobile-based diary questionnaires; 7.Currently participating in other clinical trials or psychological intervention studies (to avoid confounding effects of intervention).
