研究目的：

本研究采用现况调查。依托神经外科ICU推行的基于Jeffries模拟理论的护理人文情景教学项目，通过对神经外科ICU护士、神经重症患者的现况调查，解析神经外科ICU护理人文关怀行为要素及现存问题；进一步探讨其在护士人文关怀能力培养中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study employed a current situation survey. Building upon the nursing humanistic scenario teaching program based on the Jeffries simulation theory implemented in the neurosurgical ICU, the study conducted surveys among nurses and neurocritical patients in the neurosurgical ICU to analyze the elements of humanistic care behaviors and existing challenges in ICU nursing. Furthermore, it explored the application efficacy of this approach in cultivating nurses' humanistic care competencies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者排除标准：因病情进展、意识障碍恶化等导致无法配合完成调查者；中途退出者（包括转院、出科、纠纷等）。
2.护士排除标准：近3个月内参与过同类人文培训；病事假≥6个月或计划离职的护士；进修护士；中途退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patient Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are unable to cooperate with the investigation due to disease progression or worsening of consciousness impairment; Those who withdraw midway (including transfers to other hospitals, discharge from the department, or disputes).
2.Nurse Exclusion criteria: Participation in similar humanities training within the past 3 months; nurses with sick leave or personal leave ≥6 months or planning to resign; nurses undergoing advanced training; or researchers who withdraw from the study midway.
