研究目的：

本研究旨在基于多中心急诊临床数据，利用机器学习方法整合常规临床指标，构建并验证一种用于急性酒精中毒早期识别的辅助诊断和风险分层模型，以提高急诊环境中诊断的准确性和效率。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to use multicenter emergency clinical data and machine learning methods to integrate routine clinical indicators, and to construct and validate an auxiliary diagnostic and risk stratification model for the early identification of acute alcohol intoxication, in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis in the emergency setting.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重创伤（如严重颅脑损伤或多发伤），可能明显影响实验室指标； 2.明确存在其他毒物或药物中毒（如镇静催眠药、农药或毒品中毒）； 3.既往存在严重肝功能衰竭、终末期肾病或其他严重基础疾病，可能影响研究指标； 4.关键临床数据缺失严重，无法进行统计分析； 5.妊娠期患者； 6.就诊前曾在外院接受诊治。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe combined trauma (such as severe craniocerebral injury or multiple injuries) that may significantly affect laboratory indicators; 2. Clear presence of other toxins or drug poisoning (such as sedative-hypnotic drugs, pesticides, or drug abuse); 3. History of severe liver failure, end-stage renal disease, or other serious underlying diseases that may affect study indicators; 4. Critical clinical data are seriously missing, making statistical analysis impossible; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Patients who received diagnosis and treatment at another hospital before visiting;
