Objectives of Study: |
The research objective of this project is to develop an intelligent assessment system for diabetic macular edema prognosis based on multi-modal imaging modalities including adaptive optics, ultra-high-speed SS-OCT, and ultra-wide-angle fundus photography. By integrating deep learning algorithms, this system aims to accurately predict therapeutic efficacy and long-term visual prognosis in DME patients following 3+PRN anti-VEGF therapy (Conbercept). |

排除标准: |
1. 合并其他眼部疾病:如伴有严重的糖尿病性视网膜病变,或已接受玻璃体切除手术;或存在影响黄斑结构的其他眼部疾病及活动性眼部炎症,如视网膜静脉阻塞、葡萄膜炎等。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Coexisting ocular diseases: Including severe diabetic retinopathy, prior vitrectomy, or other ocular conditions affecting macular structure and active ocular inflammation (e.g., retinal vein occlusion, uveitis). 2. Systemic comorbidities: Patients with severe systemic diseases that may compromise study participation and follow-up, such as myocardial infarction or stroke within the past 6 months, HIV infection, active tuberculosis. 3. Imaging quality limitations: Conditions preventing acquisition of clear imaging (e.g., dense cataracts, nystagmus). 4. Compliance concerns: Inability to comply with long-term follow-up or unwillingness to accept 3+PRN anti-VEGF treatment regimen. |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Data Entry All follow-up data will be simultaneously entered into the electronic medical record (EMR) system and case report form (CRF) to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Data Verification Periodic audits will be conducted to identify and implement timely correction of data errors or omissions. Privacy Protection Stringent measures will enforce patient confidentiality, with all datasets undergoing anonymization process prior to analytical procedures. |
