构建基于多模态大模型的北京市过敏性疾病时空预警系统，整合植被遥感、花粉监测、气象、人群流动及医疗数据，实现街区级过敏原浓度和疾病风险的动态预测，提升公共卫生精准防控能力。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a multimodal large model‑driven spatiotemporal early warning system for allergic diseases in Beijing, integrating remote sensing, pollen monitoring, meteorology, population mobility, and medical data to achieve block‑level risk prediction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.就诊记录中关键变量（诊断编码、就诊日期、年龄）缺失超过30%； 2.数据经质控审核判定为不可用（如逻辑矛盾无法修正，例如就诊日期早于出生日期）； 3.同一患者重复就诊记录无法去重合并； 4.数据来源不明或无法追溯其采集标准。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Missing >30% of key variables (diagnosis code, visit date, age);
2. Uncorrectable logical errors (e.g., visit date before birth date);
3. Duplicate records cannot be merged.
4.The data source is unknown or the collection criteria cannot be traced.
