研究目的：

整合既往回顾性队列开发的模型基础上，前瞻性收集脓毒症患者常规临床数据及胸部平扫CT影像定量参数，对预后预测模型进行验证  

Objectives of Study：

To prospectively validate a prognostic prediction model for patients with sepsis that was previously developed using retrospective cohort data, by integrating routinely collected clinical variables and quantitative parameters extracted from non-contrast chest CT

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往6个月内入住ICU；
2.既往明确诊断的可能导致神经肌肉无力并影响肌肉相关定量评估的神经肌肉系统疾病，如格林-巴利综合征、副肿瘤性神经病等。
3.有重大胸部手术史；
4.CT图像质量差；

Exclusion criteria：

1.ICU admission within the previous 6 months;
2.Pre-existing neuromuscular disorders that may cause neuromuscular weakness and affect muscle-related quantitative assessment, such as Guillain–Barré syndrome and paraneoplastic neuropathy.
3.a history of major thoracic surgery;
4.CT images of insufficient quality for analysis;
