研究目的：

深入探究空气污染物影响银屑病发生发展的机制，明确二氧化氮体内代谢物与银屑病疾病的相关性,揭示空气污染物尤其是气态污染物二氧化氮促进银屑病发生发展的新机制，进而为避免空气污染物对银屑病疾病产生影响提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of air pollutants affecting the occurrence and development of psoriasis, to clarify the correlation between metabolites of nitrogen dioxide and psoriasis, and to reveal the new mechanism of air pollutants, especially gaseous pollutant nitrogen dioxide, promoting the occurrence and development of psoriasis, so as to provide new ideas for avoiding the impact of air pollutants on psoriasis.

After whole blood centrifugation, serum nitrate levels were measured via ELISA. With patients’ informed consent, residual samples were stored at ?80?°C in the Dermatology Laboratory of Union Hospital for further research.After participants signed the informed consent form and completed preoperative examinations for biopsy, lesion and normal skin tissue samples
