研究目的：

本研究旨在：（1）通过行为学和神经科学方法（如注意力测试结合脑电等），探索普通人与运动员在注意力加工过程中的一般特征与潜在规律，分析不同项目或水平运动员在注意网络效率、动态注意分配等方面的表现差异。进一步地，本研究将基于前期结果，开展多种注意力调控训练（如神经生物反馈、正念训练、心理技能训练、自我谈话训练、表象训练、睡眠等）的效果研究，以比较不同干预方式对注意功能与运动表现的影响。研究结果有望为理解运动员注意力的神经机制及其优化途径提供科学依据，并为建立符合运动员特征的注意力训练体系提供初步参考。

Objectives of Study：

(1) investigate the general characteristics and underlying mechanisms of attentional processing in the general population versus athletes using behavioral and neuroscientific approaches (e.g., attention tests combined with electroencephalography, EEG), and to analyze performance differences in attentional network efficiency and dynamic attention allocation among athletes from different sports or skill levels. Furthermore, based on preliminary findings, this study will conduct comparative research on the effects of various attentional regulation training methods (e.g., neurofeedback, mindfulness training, psychological skills training, self-talk training, imagery training, and sleep interventions) on attentional function and athletic performance. The results are expected to provide scientific evidence for understanding the neural mechanisms underlying athletes’ attention and strategies for its optimization, and to offer preliminary references for establishing an attention training system tailored to the specific characteristics of athletes.

排除标准：

目前存在心脑血管疾病、严重肌肉骨骼问题、近期头部损伤史、癫痫或过度焦虑抑郁等症状者；怀孕或哺乳期女性；有对电极胶过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Current diagnosis of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, severe musculoskeletal problems, recent history of head injury, epilepsy, or symptoms of excessive anxiety/depression; pregnant or breastfeeding women; history of allergy to electrode gel.

由一名不参与实验实施与数据分析的统计学专业人员，采用区组随机法，通过统计软件 SPSS 26.0 或 R 语言（sample()函数）生成随机数字序列，并按 1:1的比例将参与者随机分配到不同的注意力调控干预组（如神经生物反馈组、正念训练组、心理技能训练组、对照组等）。

The random sequence will be generated by a statistician not involved in the experiment implementation or data analysis, using block randomization via statistical software SPSS 26.0 or R (the sample() function). Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to different attentional regulation intervention groups (e.g., neurofeedback, mindfulness training, psychological skills training, and control group) in a 1:1 ratio.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究不使用纸质病例报告表（CRF），也不使用在线电子数据采集系统（如ResMan）。所有原始数据（包括人口学信息、运动等级、行为学测试结果、脑电参数等）由研究者直接录入预先设计的电子记录表（Microsoft Excel 文件），存储于专用、加密、有密码保护的实验电脑硬盘中。数据采集完成后，由两名研究人员独立核对数据完整性与准确性，发现不一致时回溯原始记录进行校正。核对无误后，将数据导出为 SPSS 或 Excel 格式，进行离线统计分析。所有数据文件定期备份至移动硬盘或学校网盘。研究结束后，数据保存期限符合伦理委员会要求（不少于5年）。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This study does not use paper-based case report forms (CRFs) or online electronic data capture systems (e.g., ResMan). All raw data (including demographic information, athletic level, behavioral test results, EEG parameters, etc.) will be directly entered into a pre-designed electronic spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel file) by the researchers and stored on a dedicated, encrypted, password-protected laboratory computer hard drive. After data collection, two researchers will independently verify the completeness and accuracy of the data. Any discrepancies will be resolved by cross-checking against original records. Following verification, the data will be exported to SPSS or Excel format for offline statistical analysis. All data files will be regularly backed up to an external hard drive or university cloud storage. After the study is completed, the data will be retained for a period consistent with ethics committee requirements (no less than 5 years).
