研究目的：

系统比较EPs患者伴与不伴CE阴道微生态的组成、结构和功能差异，探讨阴道微生态特征在合并CE的EPs发生发展中的潜在作用，为临床诊断和治疗提供新思路。 具体目的包括： 1.分析EPs患者伴与不伴CE阴道微生态组成特征的差异，包括菌群多样性、优势菌群、条件致病菌等的差异； 2.比较两组患者阴道微生态功能潜能的差异，通过宏基因组学分析预测微生物群落的功能特征； 3.探讨阴道微生态特征与合并CE的EPs临床表现和病理特征的相关性； 4.评估阴道微生态指标对EPs患者伴CE的辅助诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To systematically compare the composition, structure and functional differences of vaginal microbiota in patients with endometrial polyps (EPs) with and without chronic endometritis (CE), to explore the potential role of vaginal microbiota characteristics in the occurrence and development of EPs complicated with CE, and to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Specific objectives include: 1.To analyze the differences in vaginal microbiota composition between EPs patients with and without CE, including differences in microbial diversity, dominant flora, opportunistic pathogens, etc; 2.To compare the differences in functional potential of vaginal microbiota between the two groups, and to predict the functional characteristics of microbial communities through metagenomic analysis; 3.To explore the correlation between vaginal microbiota characteristics and clinical and pathological features of EPs complicated with CE; 4.To evaluate the auxiliary diagnostic value of vaginal microbiota indicators for EPs patients with CE.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近1个月内使用过抗生素或益生菌制剂；
2.近1个月内有过阴道灌洗或局部用药；
3.合并其他子宫内膜病变（如子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜癌）；
4.合并免疫系统疾病或恶性肿瘤；
5.妊娠期或哺乳期女性；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Received antibiotics or probiotics within the past 1 month; 2.Underwent vaginal douching or local medication within the past 1 month; 3.Complicated with other endometrial lesions (such as endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer); 4.Complicated with immune system diseases or malignant tumors; 5. Pregnant or lactating women;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例记录表（CRF）：统一设计纸质 / 电子版病例报告表，由经培训的研究人员如实记录患者一般资料、临床信息、标本采集、检测结果等全部研究数据，确保信息完整、准确、可溯源。 2.电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC）：采用专业临床研究 EDC 系统进行数据双录入与核对，建立电子数据库；实施权限管理、数据锁定与质量核查，保证数据真实、规范、安全，便于统计分析与长期保存。
