研究目的：

拟采用横断面研究，考察体重污名化内化、压力感知及正念水平在体重污名暴露经历与情绪性进食中的有调节的链式中介模型是否成立。 拟采用干预研究的方法，研究正念饮食干预在肥胖儿童青少年情绪性进食的治疗效果及作用。  

Objectives of Study：

A cross-sectional study will be used to examine the moderated chain mediation model of internalized weight stigma, perceived stress, and mindfulness levels in the relationship between experiences of weight stigma exposure and emotional eating. An intervention study will be used to investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of mindfulness-based eating interventions on emotional eating in obese children and adolescents.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

横断面研究 1. 患有精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等严重精神疾病； 2. 存在内分泌疾病（如甲状腺功能减退）、遗传代谢性疾病等导致的继发性肥胖； 3. 近 3 个月参与过正念、情绪调节相关干预； 4. 存在读写障碍或无法配合完成测量。 干预研究 1. 患有精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等严重精神疾病； 2. 存在内分泌疾病（如甲状腺功能减退）、遗传代谢性疾病等导致的继发性肥胖； 3. 近 3 个月参与过正念、情绪调节相关干预； 4. 存在读写障碍或无法配合完成测量。

Exclusion criteria：

Cross-sectional studies 1.Suffering from severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. 2.Secondary obesity due to endocrine diseases (such as hypothyroidism), genetic metabolic diseases, etc. 3.Participated in mindfulness or emotion regulation interventions in the past 3 months. 4.Presence of dyslexia or inability to cooperate with completing the measurement; Intervention Study 1. Individuals with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; 2. Secondary obesity caused by endocrine diseases (such as hypothyroidism), genetic metabolic diseases, etc.; 3. Participation in mindfulness or emotion regulation-related interventions in the past 3 months; 4. Presence of dyslexia or inability to cooperate in completing measurements.
