研究目的：

1. 评估奥马珠单抗治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的真实世界疗效（用药模式、停药、复发、疗效）与安全性； 2. 分析不同人群、不同内表型对奥马珠单抗起效时间、维持效果及减量策略的影响； 3. 构建基于患者基线特征与实验室指标的机器学习模型，预测度奥马珠单抗的起效时间； 4. 探索中介效应及潜在中介变量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the real-world efficacy (dosage pattern, discontinuation, recurrence, and therapeutic effect) and safety of omalizumab in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria; 2. Analyze the impact of different populations and different internal phenotypes on the onset time, maintenance effect, and dosage reduction strategy of omalizumab; 3. Build a machine learning model based on patient baseline characteristics and laboratory indicators to predict the onset time of omalizumab; 4. Explore the mediating effect and potential mediating variables.
