研究目的:

随着面部扫描、口内扫描、虚拟面弓、下颌运动轨迹记录等技术在口腔修复领域的发展及应用,数字化技术逐渐被应用于口腔修复的术前分析、美学诊断、治疗设计及修复体制作,并成为近年的研究热点。数字化印模技术因具有提高患者制取印模时的舒适度、便于数据采集整理、存储量大,可以远程交流等优点而在修复临床得到广泛应用和推广。在可摘局部义齿修复中,由于数字化口内印模技术不能记录功能状态下的组织信息,对于游离端缺牙等复杂的牙列缺损类型,应用受到了极大的限制。本研究将通过优化和改良现有口腔数字化印模技术在可摘局部义齿全流程中的应用来提高修复质量和患者满意度。  

Objectives of Study:

With the advancement and application of technologies such as facial scanning, intraoral scanning, virtual facebow, and mandibular motion tracking in the field of prosthodontics, digital technology has gradually been integrated into preoperative analysis, esthetic diagnosis, treatment planning, and prosthesis fabrication, emerging as a prominent research focus in recent years. Digital impression technology has gained widespread adoption in clinical prosthodontics due to its advantages in enhancing patient comfort during impression procedures, facilitating efficient data acquisition and management, offering substantial storage capacity, and enabling remote communication. However, in removable partial denture rehabilitation, the application of digital intraoral impression technology remains significantly constrained for complex edentulous cases such as free-end edentulism, as it fails to capture tissue information under functional conditions. This study aims to improve restorative quality and patient satisfaction by optimizing and refining the application of existing digital impression technologies throughout the entire workflow of removable partial denture fabrication.

排除标准:

1.可摘局部义齿修复禁忌证患者; 2.牙周及牙体疾病未愈者; 3.无稳定颌位关系者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Contraindications for RPD: Patients with contraindications to removable partial denture rehabilitation; 2. Active Oral Pathologies: Presence of untreated dental caries or periodontal diseases; 3. Occlusal Instability: Lack of a stable occlusal relationship.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

研究所得数据记录及调查表经过监察员审核、签字后及时送交临床研究数据管理员。采用双人双机录入的方式进行逐条录入,将实验所得数据以Excel表格或Word文档的形式进行记录。录入完成后,由另一研究人员进行数据校验和核对,确保数据的准确性和完整性。校验期间若发现问题及时通知监察员,要求研究者做出回答,并将质询及解答过程记录留档。 所有病例报告数据经双份输入并核对无误后,由数据管理员写出数据库检查报告,其内容包括研究完成情况(含脱落受试者清单)、入选/排除标准检查、完整性检查、逻辑一致性检查、离群数据检查、时间窗检查、不良事件检查等。 在审核会议上,由主要研究者、申办单位代表、监查员、数据管理员和统计人员对受试者签署知情同意书、数据库检查报告中提出的问题做出决议,写出审核报告,数据库同时将被锁定。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The data records and questionnaires obtained from the study are reviewed and signed by the supervisor and sent to the clinical research data manager in a timely manner. The experimental data were recorded in Excel form or Word document by the method of two-person and two-machine input. After the data entry is completed, another researcher will check and verify the data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data. During the verification period, if any problem is found, the inspector should be notified in time, and the researcher should be asked to answer, and the inquiry and answer process should be recorded and kept on file. After double input and verification of all case report data, the data manager will write out the database inspection report, which includes the study completion status (including the list of dropped subjects), inclusion/exclusion criteria, integrity check, logical consistency check, outlier data check, time window check, adverse event check, etc. At the audit meeting, the main researcher, the representative of the bidding unit, the supervisor, the data administrator and the statistician will make a decision on the informed consent signed by the subjects and the problems raised in the database inspection report, write the audit report, and the database will be locked.
