研究目的：

主要研究目的： 1.评价芦沃美替尼在I型神经纤维瘤病（NF1）合并丛状神经纤维瘤（PN）及颅内异常高信号（UBOs）儿童和青少年患者中的认知功能改善作用。 次要研究目的： 1.评价芦沃美替尼在NF1合并PN及UBOs儿童和青少年患者中的行为改变作用。 2.评价芦沃美替尼对NF1合并PN及UBOs儿童和青少年患者PN体积，UBOs变化的影响。 3.评价芦沃美替尼在NF1合并PN及UBOs儿童和青少年患者中的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objectives: 1. To evaluate the effect of selumetinib on cognitive improvement in children and adolescents with type 1 neurofibromatosis (NF1) who have plexiform neurofibromas (PN) and unidentified bright objects (UBOs) in the brain. Secondary research objectives: 1. To evaluate the effect of selumetinib on behavioral changes in children and adolescents with NF1, PN, and UBOs. 2. To evaluate the impact of selumetinib on PN volume and UBO changes in children and adolescents with NF1, PN, and UBOs. 3. To assess the safety of selumetinib in children and adolescents with NF1, PN, and UBOs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有恶性周围神经鞘膜瘤，或伴有其他需要化疗或放疗治疗的恶性肿瘤；
2.伴有危及生命的其他疾病、医疗状况和器官功能障碍；
3.入组或开始芦沃美替尼治疗时正在参加任何其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) or other malignant tumors requiring chemotherapy or radiotherapy;
2.Presence of other life-threatening diseases, medical conditions, or organ dysfunction;
3.Currently participating in any other clinical trial at the time of enrollment or initiation of luvometinib treatment.
