构建HER-2演变轨迹预测模型，识别高危HER-2表达稳定耐药人群。  

Objectives of Study：

Build a HER-2 evolution trajectory prediction model to identify high-risk HER-2 expression stable resistant populations

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.初始诊断即为 IV 期（远处转移）的乳腺癌患者；
2.炎性乳腺癌或双侧原发性乳腺癌患者；
3.既往有其他恶性肿瘤病史或合并其他严重全身性疾病无法耐受治疗者；
4.术前未完成既定的新辅助治疗周期，或治疗期间非因疾病进展更换治疗方案者；
5.关键临床变量（如激素受体状态、术后病理分级等）缺失或随访过程中失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.breast cancer patients whose initial diagnosis is stage IV (distant metastasis);
2.Patients with inflammatory breast cancer or bilateral primary breast cancer;
3.Patients with a history of other malignant tumors or concomitant serious systemic diseases who cannot tolerate treatment;
4. Those who have not completed the established neoadjuvant therapy cycle before surgery, or have changed treatment plans during the treatment period due to non disease progression;
5. Key clinical variables (such as hormone receptor status, postoperative pathological grading, etc.) are missing or lost to follow-up during the follow-up process.
