研究目的：

观察横突间阻滞穿刺后不同体位对胸腔镜肺手术患者术后疼痛及康复质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of different patient positions following intertransverse process block puncture on postoperative pain and quality of recovery in patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic lung resection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.区域神经阻滞的禁忌证,包括但不限于凝血功能异常、阻滞部位的皮肤感染、局部麻醉药品过敏等； 2.存在严重的器官功能障碍，包括但不限于肾功能障碍（肌酐>442umol/L或者行肾脏替代治疗），肝功能障碍（Child-Pugh C 级），中枢或外周系统疾病及其他严重的心肺疾病； 3.慢性疼痛病史，长期服用阿片药物、激素或非甾体类药物者； 4.已参与其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications for regional nerve blockade, including but not limited to coagulopathy, infection at the blockade site, and allergy to local anesthetics; 2. Presence of severe organ dysfunction constituting, but not limited to, renal impairment (serum creatinine >442 μmol/L or requirement for renal replacement therapy), hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C), and major neurological or cardiopulmonary disorders; 3. Patients with a history of chronic pain disorders who required prolonged use of opioid analgesics, corticosteroids, or NSAIDs were excluded; 4. Patients previously enrolled in other clinical studies were excluded;
