研究目的：

主要目标：了解广西地区18岁以上人群睡眠疾病的总体患病率及不同地区、性别、年龄、民族的分布差异。 次要目标：识别影响不同睡眠疾病的关键危险因素，构建广西地区居民睡眠疾病风险预测模型，分析广西地区睡眠疾病与慢性病的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To understand the overall prevalence of sleep disorders among people aged 18 and above in Guangxi region and the distribution differences among different regions, genders, ages, and ethnic groups. Secondary objective: To identify the key risk factors influencing different sleep disorders, construct a risk prediction model for sleep disorders among residents in Guangxi region, and analyze the correlation between sleep disorders and chronic diseases in Guangxi region.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)严重认知障碍、精神疾病急性期（如躁狂发作、重度抑郁发作）无法配合调查者； (2)终末期疾病（如晚期恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能衰竭）或卧病不起者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe cognitive impairment or in the acute phase of mental illness (such as manic episodes or severe depressive episodes) who are unable to cooperate with the investigation; 2. Those with terminal diseases (such as advanced malignant tumors or severe liver and kidney failure) or those bedridden.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过CRF表进行信息采集，采用 EpiData 3.1 建立加密数据库，录入员签订保密协议，数据录入后自动备份；数据清洗：完成录入后，由数据管理员进行逻辑核查、异常值处理、缺失值插补；数据存储：清洁数据库加密存储，严格遵守《个人信息保护法》，仅授权研究人员访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data was collected using CRF forms, and an encrypted database was created using EpiData 3.1. Data entry staff signed confidentiality agreements, and data was automatically backed up upon entry. Data cleaning: Once data entry was complete, the data administrator carried out logical checks, handled outliers and imputed missing values. Data storage: The cleaned database was stored in encrypted form, in strict compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act, with access restricted to authorised researchers only.
