Objectives of Study：

Exploring the influence of environmental factors on the cognitive function of the elderly and the mechanism mediated by their stress responses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 精神疾病急性发作期；2. 脑血管病急性期；3. 药物酒精滥用；4. 除阿尔兹海默病之外的其他类型认知障碍；5. 患者健康问卷-4项中的焦虑分量表得分≥3，或患者健康问卷-4项中的抑郁分量表得分≥3；6. 不能配合完成实验；7. 除本研究外，被试接受其他与认知相关的治疗与康复。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute phase of mental illness;
2. Acute phase of cerebrovascular disease;
3. Drug and alcohol abuse;
4. Other types of cognitive impairments except Alzheimer's disease;
5. Anxiety score ≥ 3 in the Patient Health Questionnaire-4, or depression score ≥ 3 in the Patient Health Questionnaire-4;
6. Unable to cooperate with the experiment;
7. The participants have received other cognitive-related treatments and rehabilitation other than this study.
