研究目的：

建立基于超声影像特征的肌少症及脂肪肝的早期筛查模型。并通过亚组差异分析，探究不同科室（心脏术后、肝胆疾病、神经重症等）患者的肌肉消耗特征差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish an early screening model for sarcopenia and fatty liver disease, based on ultrasound imaging features. To explore the differences in muscle consumption characteristics among patients in different departments (such as those after cardiac surgery, liver and gallbladder diseases, neurocritical care, etc.) through subgroup analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.大量腹水、严重水肿患者；
2.体内植入心脏起搏器等无法行生物电阻抗检查者；
3.腹部、大腿、肋部测量区域有开放性伤口、皮疹或感染者；
4.无法配合完成握力测试或步速测试等检查项目者；
5.其他研究者认为不适合参加的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with massive ascites and severe edema;
2.Those who have implanted cardiac pacemakers or other devices and are unable to undergo bioelectrical impedance testing;
3.Those with open wounds, rashes or infections in the measurement areas of the abdomen, thighs and ribs;
4.Those who are unable to cooperate in completing examination items such as grip strength tests or walking speed tests;
5.Situations that researchers consider unsuitable for participation;
