研究目的：

主要目的：利用fNIRS检测脑卒中和健康人双侧运动皮层差异化激活模式，比较四种训练模式下相应脑区激活情况并探索相关机制； 次要目的：为临床手功能康复探究较好的康复治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective is to detect the differential activation patterns of the bilateral motor cortex in stroke patients and healthy individuals using fNIRS, compare the activation conditions of the corresponding brain regions under four training modes, and explore the related mechanisms; the secondary objective is to explore a better rehabilitation treatment plan for clinical hand function rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有老年痴呆或认知功能障碍者； 2.存在卒中后严重言语障碍，不能正常沟通交流者； 3.脑肿瘤或脑创伤术后； 4.手部皮肤破损或颅脑缺损等； 5.严重精神疾病或意识障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of dementia or cognitive impairment; 2. Those with severe speech disorders after stroke, unable to communicate normally; 3. Those who have undergone brain tumor or brain trauma surgery; 4. Those with skin damage on the hands or cranial defects, etc.; 5. Those with severe mental illness or consciousness disorders.
