研究目的:

1. 检测呼吸机回路各环节(管道、储水罐水、模拟肺)中微塑料的沉积情况,明确其类型、数量及粒径分布; 2. 动态监测支气管肺发育不良患儿在病程不同阶段(第0-7天、14天、28天)气道分泌物中微塑料负荷的变化; 3. 分析早产儿血液、奶瓶奶中微塑料的暴露水平,探讨微塑料的多途径来源; 4. 初步评估呼吸机相关微塑料暴露与支气管肺发育不良发生风险之间的关联; 5. 为新生儿重症监护室中医疗设备材料安全性评估及临床防控策略提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Detect the deposition of microplastics in each link of ventilator circuit (pipeline, water storage tank, simulated lung), and make clear its type, quantity and particle size distribution; 2. Dynamically monitor the changes of microplastics load in airway secretions of children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia at different stages of the disease course (day 0-7, day 14 and day 28); 3. To analyze the exposure level of microplastics in premature infants' blood and bottle milk, and to explore the multi-channel sources of microplastics; 4. To preliminarily evaluate the association between ventilator-associated microplastics exposure and the risk of bronchopulmonary dysplasia; 5. To provide scientific basis for safety evaluation of medical equipment and materials in neonatal intensive care unit and clinical prevention and control strategy.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.存在先天性呼吸道畸形或严重出生窒息; 2.明确宫内感染或先天性疾病影响肺发育; 3.入院时已存在严重肺部感染或气胸。

Exclusion criteria:

1. There is congenital respiratory malformation or severe birth asphyxia; 2. Clear intrauterine infection or congenital diseases affect lung development; 3. There was a serious lung infection or pneumothorax at the time of admission.
