探讨不同剂量氯沙坦对腹膜透析患者残余肾功能保护作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the protective effect of different dosage of losartan on residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

全身感染性疾病，反复发作性腹膜炎，充血性心力衰竭，严重心脏瓣膜病，恶性高血压，重大血管疾病，近期六个月内有过心梗及脑梗，慢性肝病，恶性肿瘤，精神障碍，双肾动脉狭窄，以及之前有对ARB/ACEI过敏的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

With systemic infectious disease, recurrent peritonitis, congestive heart failure, serious heart valve disease, malignant hypertension,major vascular disease, recent six months had a myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction,chronic liver disease, malignant tumor,mental disorders, bilateral renal artery stenosis,allergic to ARB/ACEI.
